Frances L. Swire, 75, of Crystal Lake passed away June 1, 2017.
She was born February 12, 1942 in Chicago to Anthony and Eleanore (Deegan) Strama.
Fran enjoyed spending time at the beach and her frequent trips to the library and Jewel. Her loves were Tom Selleck, John Wayne, and Carlo Rossi. If you knew Fran, you knew not to call during The Price is Right, it was by far her favorite. She also liked Ma and Pa Kettle and made sure to share that love with her family. To Fran, her family was the most important thing, especially her grandchildren. She loved cooking and all who knew her will miss her generosity of giving, especially when it came to her delicious lasagna. If she wasn't cooking, she enjoyed Home Run Inn Pizza. She also had a beautiful smile and laugh that will be missed by all.
She is survived by her children, Kathleen Elizabeth, Charles Thomas, Anthony Andrew, Lawrence Martin, Kristen Theresa Deegan; her grandchildren, Mia Kathleen, Quentin Charles, Enaiya Justice; the family dog, Mindy; her siblings, Sharon, Patricia, Michael, Thomas, Andrew, Christine, Raymond, Theresa, and Peggy; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Lawrence; and her parents.
